Emerald's Story chapter 2

The people in the crowd got more and more worried as the black tornado came closer. They now stood as close to everyone as they could.

But as a surprise to everyone, the black tornado got smaller and smaller. Emerald was shaking of fear, and still standing completely still. But she looked over at Pipit and Karane, who stood near the back of the crowd, with worried faces, and Karane hugged Pipit, with her face against his chest, and it looked like she was crying. She gote mad again, but it was soon replaced by more fear.

The wind blew like crazy and cold replaced the usually warm weather. Black smoke came from what still existed of the tornado and no one could see a thing. When the smoke fell to the ground, they all got shocked.

There, on the edge of the island, stood a man with white hair, a cape, and clothes as white as his hair, but with a little decorations. On his face he had a big smirk. He put out his tounge, teasing the townspeople.

What a big tounge! I bet Karane would wanna toungekiss him, Emerald thought, got mad. She was more mad than scared and she crossed her arms.

Zeldas father, Headmaster Gaepora, pushed himself through the crowd and stopped in front of the crowd.

"Who are you, why are you scaring the townspeople and most important, why are you here? I wanna know your purpose!" he said madly.

The man pulled his hair out of the way and smiled.

"I am the demon lord, Ghirahim! I am here to pick someone up, get someone from you!" His smirk got bigger every second. He laughed in a very evil way.

"You creep! You can't have my daughter! She has been kidnapped once, and I wont let her get it again!" Gaepora looked like he would explode with madness.

"I don't even want your daughter! No... don't want her again..." Ghirahim said quietly, but loud enough for everyone to hear.

"So you were the one who snatched her away... Yeah I see it so clear now... But if you don't want my daughter, then who DO you want?"

"Yeah, It's all a part from my geanious master plan to take over the world! The girl I want is... Emerald!" Ghirahim anwsered.

The crowd whispered and looked at Emerald.

"You don't touch Emerald!" Pipit shouted.

Emerald got surprised that he would said that. Ghirahim laughed.

"Other way! If i don't get her, you will all take the strike, and be doomed! I will destroy your town, Not if you hand over Emerald!" he explained.

Emerald was scared of her home and stepped forward.

"Here I am! Now you can't hurt this planet!" She said.

"Don't do it Emerald! He will only be mean! Let him doom us!" Pipit shouted. Just to hear Pipit was too hurting. She couldn't stay.

Slowly she walked closer to Ghirahim.

"Stop, Emerald! Please, STOP!" Pipit screamed, almost crying. Emerald walked up to Ghirahim, who laid his arms around her.

"What did you do?! A world without you is just like a doomed world!" Pipit looked crushed, he fell on his knees with tears running down his face.

"Well, now when I got what I came for, I will leave you alone, to rot, while I take over the world, and Emerald will help!" Ghirahim smirked and snapped his finger, and disappeared in a black tornado, with Emerald.

"We have to save her! In some way, it feels like I'm responsable for this! I won't feel right until she is safe here!" Pipit said, feeling bad for Emerald. He knew the reason why Emerald whas sad. And now she was gone, and he was alone. Karane wasn't his true love, it was Emerald, but he wasn't sure she loved him, but now he knows.

                                                         "What have I done?" he whispered.

Ghirahim held his hand over her eyes. She couldn't see a thing. A door opened. Her whole body was shaking.

"This is the end!" she whispered. She got pushed around for a while, maybe 5 minutes, but then Ghirahim stopped pushing.

He took away his hand and then she was looking straight into a prison cell.

But this was nicer, the walls were painted in yellow and green, there was a window in the back of the room, a big round one. and in the left corner was a metal bench, hanging from the wall.

"Let me fix that!" Ghirahim said and snapped his finger again. The bench became a wooden bed with a big pillow and thick blanket.

Ghirahim pushed her inside, she fell to the floor and he slam the door shut behind her.

"Enjoy your new home!" he said and laughed while she walked away, down a long halolway to the right.

Emerald sat down on the bed and looked out the window, she almost started to cry.

"I- I wanted to see the surface, but not in this way!" She complained.

She knew it was the surface, she felt when they got below the clouds.

Why did I even do this!? Emerald thought. I could have stayed at Skyloft! Then she put her head on the pillow and fell asleep, but it was an unhappy sleep...
